Credentials of the Fellowship
Kingdom Global Fellowship issues ministry credentials to members who meet its approved standards. Every credential carries a verification code, is held in the member’s credential vault, and can be checked by anybody on the public register.
Checked Before They Are Issued
Before a credential is issued, the officer issuing it confirms that the requirements have been met: membership active, required training completed, the waiting period completed, the required interview and approvals received, payment requirements satisfied, supporting documents verified, identity confirmed, and no governance restriction in place.
An ecclesiastical credential
KGF credentials are ecclesiastical credentials, issued by the fellowship to recognise standing and service within Kingdom Global Fellowship.
A KGF credential does not by itself confer an academic degree or accreditation, and does not by itself represent recognition by any government or civil authority.

How to Apply
Membership comes first
Credentials are for members of the fellowship. If you are not yet a member, apply for membership; training and credentials follow at the pace the pathway sets.
Meet the standards
Each credential lists its approved standards, the pathway stage that must be complete, and the documents to provide.
Apply in the member portal
Signed-in members choose the credential, attach their documents and sign the declaration. The portal checks eligibility before you start.
Review and approval
Your application is reviewed step by step — beginning with your District Overseer — and you can follow every step, and answer any request for changes, in the portal.
Issue
On final approval the credential is issued with its verification code and added to your credential vault, ready to print.
Keeping a Credential Current
Where a credential carries an expiry date, the holder may ask for it to be renewed from the member portal as that date approaches. A holder may also ask for a lost certificate to be replaced. A replacement is issued with a new code, and the lost certificate stops verifying, so nobody else can use it.
Anyone Can Check a Credential
Every credential issued by Kingdom Global Fellowship carries a verification code. Enter it on the public register, or scan the QR code printed beside it, to confirm whether that credential is valid.
The register confirms whether a credential is valid and nothing more. It does not publish contact details, membership records, or the reasons behind any decision.
