About these terms
This website is run by Kingdom Global Fellowship ("KGF", "we"). By using it — reading it, applying for membership, or signing in to the member portal — you agree to these terms. How we handle personal information is explained separately in our Privacy Notice. Membership itself is also governed by KGF's own membership policies and the commitments you confirm when you apply.
Using the website
Please use the website honestly and considerately. In particular, do not:
- try to reach parts of the platform you have not been given access to, or interfere with its security;
- collect information from the directory or the credential register in bulk, by automated means or otherwise — both are limited for that reason;
- submit information on somebody else's behalf without their permission, or pretend to be somebody you are not;
- send anything unlawful, abusive or harmful through the contact form or any other part of the site.
We may limit or withdraw access for anybody who does.
Applying for membership
When you apply, you confirm that what you enter is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Every application passes through district and regional review, including an interview, and approval by the Global Office. Your membership begins only when a District Overseer receives you into fellowship. Submitting an application, or paying the application fee, does not by itself make you a member.
Your portal account
You set your own password through a link we email to you. Keep it to yourself. Nobody at KGF will ever ask you for your password; if somebody does, do not give it, and tell the Global Office. You are responsible for what is done through your account, and should keep your contact details current in the portal so that we can reach you.
Fees, dues and payments
- The application fee is a one-time, non-recurring payment covering the administrative processing of your application and your onboarding. It does not guarantee acceptance into the fellowship.
- Monthly dues begin only once your AMI number has been issued, and are set according to your rank.
- Both are set for each country, in its own currency, by the Global Office. You are shown the exact figures that apply to you before anything becomes payable. See Costs & Payments.
- Training courses, ordination and events may carry their own costs, which are shown before you commit to them.
- Online payments are processed by Paystack, on Paystack's own pages. A payment is recorded against your membership once it has been confirmed with Paystack, and a receipt is then available in your portal.

Credentials and the register
Credentials are issued by KGF and validated by KGF while the holder remains in good standing. A printed credential is a statement that points to the register; the register is the authority. If the paper and the register ever disagree, the register is right. A credential that has been suspended, has expired or has been revoked must not be presented as current.
Anybody may check a credential using its verification code, its link or its QR code. The register answers only whether the credential is valid and what it is. It is offered for that purpose alone.
The directory
The public directory confirms that a person is a member of KGF and the office they hold, showing their name, rank and country only. It may be used to confirm membership and to make ministry connections, and not for marketing or bulk collection.
Our content
The words, photographs, seal and other material on this website belong to KGF or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to any page and to quote short passages with acknowledgement. Please do not reproduce the seal, or present material from this website in a way that suggests KGF's endorsement, without permission.
Other websites
We link to other websites — for example the Melchizedek Theological Training Center and Paystack. They are run by others, under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may change these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.
