District Overseers lead the operational heartbeat of KGF through monthly meetings, training, fellowship, and outreach.
The District Conference is KGF’s foundational structure. A district is formally commissioned when it reaches 35 verified members. It then receives full standing and operational authority within its territory.
Districts hold monthly meetings centered on unity, fellowship, inspirational service, and instructional teaching, while also coordinating priesthood training and community impact.

Equipping Leaders. Empowering Priests. Impacting Nations.
The District is the governmental level closest to the members. It is where people are received into fellowship, formed, and ordained.
Unity, fellowship, inspirational service, and instructional teaching, month by month.
The District Overseer holds the membership conversation with each applicant and receives them into fellowship.
Foundational priesthood training is completed through the District Conference, and credentials are issued during the District Conference Session.
Ordination takes place at a District Conference, conducted by the Regional Bishop.

Where KGF is still establishing itself in a country, members gather in a cluster rather than a formal district. Meetings, training, and fellowship all continue in the same way.
When a cluster reaches 35 verified members, it formally becomes a district with its own District Overseer and governance. Joining a cluster helps bring that day closer.
The District Office is funded through its share of revenue from credentials, ordination and Institute courses, according to KGF’s approved fee schedule, and carries local leadership — meetings, pastoral care, interviews, and district events.
