KGF uses a layered structure so that members receive connection, accountability, development, and leadership from the district level through global oversight.
Four levels of leadership, each serving the members within it, from global oversight to the district.

Global Vision. Local Strength.
The District Conference is KGF’s foundational structure. A district is formally commissioned when it reaches 35 verified members. It then receives full standing and operational authority within its territory.
Districts hold monthly meetings centered on unity, fellowship, inspirational service, and instructional teaching, while also coordinating priesthood training and community impact.

Where a Region is divided, a Provincial Conference within it, overseen by a Provincial Bishop under the Regional Bishop. A Region need not be divided: its districts may sit directly under it.
The level closest to the members, led by a District Overseer and commissioned at 35 verified members.
Where KGF is still establishing itself in a country, members gather in a cluster rather than a formal district. A cluster works the same way day to day — meetings, training, and fellowship all continue.
Once a cluster reaches 35 verified members, it formally becomes a district with its own District Overseer and governance.
